Erica Perlupo brings a creative spirit, genuine curiosity, and a passion for helping people to her work as a REALTOR® with Silver Key Homes Realty. Having lived throughout the South Shore, Boston, and now Tyngsboro, Erica has a personal connection to many of the communities across Massachusetts and understands that finding the right home is about so much more than four walls—it’s about finding the place where life happens and memories are made.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Erica spent 10 years playing drums in bands before building a 15-year career in floral design. Her background also includes years in fashion and visual merchandising, giving her a unique eye for creativity, design, and seeing the potential in a space. These experiences have shaped her ability to listen, connect with people, and approach each situation with empathy and an open mind.

Erica is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and those looking to take on a fixer-upper. She loves getting to know her clients on a personal level and understanding not only what they’re looking for in a home, but what they envision for their lives.
